*Walk to Taipei Main Station (red) and take MRT
to Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Station (blue)(8mins $16)
*From Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Station walk to Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall.
*Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall entrance fee is free and soldiers will march in the hall to raise flag.

*The next place we went is the iconic Taipei 101 Mall.
*We walk from Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall to Taipei 101 Mall (750m – 15mins).

*Along the way, we saw people setting up for the countdown event.

*When we reach Taipei 101 Mall, we walk around and decided not to go for Taipei 101 Observatory Deck.
*After hanging around in the Mall we decided to have our lunch at Din Tai Fung.
***the crowd is kinda crazy and we waited around 45mins to be seated and of course we need to order before getting the number to Q up.

*While walking to our seat, I saw Tom Cruise in the kitchen!! Lol

*After reach our table, they serve us well and help us the ladies to put our handbag beside the table.

*We orderd Siu Long Pau, Steam Dumpling, Fried Dumpling, Sour & Spicy Soup, Beed Noodle & Pork Chop Fried Rice.

*I would say taste much better compare to Malaysia's Din Tai Fung.

*Before we leave, of course is a need to go outside of the building to snap some pictures.

*Walk from Taipei 101 Mall to Taipei 101 World Trade Center Station (red).

***find Din Tai Fung and take the exit then you will see the station is just across the building.

*Our next destination is the National Palace Museum.

*We stop at Shilin Station took Exit 1 and walk to Shilin Bus Station

(捷運士林站(中正)(260m – 3mins)
*Take bus R30 (紅30) to外雙溪(至善) National Palace Museum(10mins – 7stops $15)

*National Palace Museum ticket cost $250 per person.

*When we walk to Shilin Station we pass by a pastry shop and the pastry there is good.

*Before plan where do we wanna stop next, we decide to go back hotel to take a rest.

*Le'boyfie decided to do some laundry before our dinner so we walk to the laundry.

*End up we walk about 30mins and found the self-laundry place opens 24hours.

***ops.. le'boyfie first time do laundry by himself =X

*After the laundry we walk back to the hotel, the weather begin to cold and we quickly go back to hotel.

*We took a short rest before dinner, we just had it nearby our hotel.

*Before decide to go to countdown or a place to drink, we went to a convenient shop and I bought their ice cream. Is soft and smooth but too sweet for my liking.

*My friends decided to stay in as they not feeling well but me and le'boyfie decided to go to the countdown at Taipei 101.

*So left me and le'boyfie, we have not decided which location we gonna go for countdown so we took MRT from Taipei Main Station and stops at Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall Station.

*It's only 9.30pm and is already crowded at the stations, while we walk towards Taipei 101 the roads are closed and there are police all over the place.

*We did not went all into the Taipei 101 countdown stage, so we just stand at a spot and wait for the fireworks. I think we had a nice spot although peoples are very pack.
